Yes, try avoo free for 15 days with all features, no commitment. No credit card required.
What does avoo cost?+
The base plan starts at CHF 45 per month, including members up to 200 active passes. Add-ons like the web shop, a custom domain or more locations are only added when you need them. For very small studios there’s also “No fixed costs”: no monthly flat rate, just CHF 2 per booked session (1:1 appointment, class or workshop), at most CHF 46 per month. Switch to the flat rate anytime.
Does avoo support TWINT and card payments?+
Yes. Payments run through Stripe or Payrexx, incl. TWINT, credit/debit card and invoice. Payouts go straight to your account.
Can I switch from Eversports, bsport or Mindbody?+
Yes. You can start with avoo at any time: import your members and passes as CSV and set up your schedule yourself. Drop us a line, we’ll walk you through the switch.

Does avoo have an instructor pool feature?+
Yes. Classes without a fixed instructor go into an open pool: available instructors see them instantly and pick them up themselves. There are also class swaps, availability and absences as self-service. It replaces the WhatsApp hunt for cover.
Can I build my own website with avoo?+
Yes, included. avoo has an integrated website builder (page builder) with sections (hero, classes, schedule, team, passes, shop, FAQ, location, contact); booking is built right in. The site runs at avoo.ch/your-studio: you don’t need a second website tool. Want it on your own domain? The “Own domain + email” add-on unlocks that (domain registration & ongoing domain costs are yours, paid to the registrar).
Does avoo support digital signage / studio screens?+
Yes. avoo shows the schedule, upcoming classes and workshop promos on a TV or tablet at reception. The screen is paired via QR code and needs no login itself. Digital signage is included in the base plan.
What is TakeAway in avoo?+
Members pre-order snacks and drinks before or after training, pick them up and pay at reception, including add-ons per item. Together with passes, shop items and vouchers, everything can be rung up on one invoice via the POS (combined sale).
Does avoo handle instructor payroll?+
Yes. avoo calculates pay automatically: per activity, appointment or workshop, from classes held and attendance. Each instructor has their own pay overview.
Does avoo charge a commission per booking?+
No. avoo is a fixed monthly price with no booking commission and no surcharge on payments. You pay the transaction fees directly to your payment provider.
Does avoo offer marketing automation?+
Yes. avoo has a journey builder for multi-step automated flows, with ready-made templates for a welcome series, win-back of inactive members, pass-expiry reminders, abandoned-cart reminders and birthdays. Each step sends email/push (free text or a designed template) and stops automatically once the member converts.
Does avoo have a CRM / lead management?+
Yes. The lead funnel moves prospects through a pipeline (new → contacted → trial → member) with 1-click conversion to a member and a conversion rate. There is also a retention/at-risk report that spots members in danger of leaving.
